Each product has its own help section with a list of frequently asked questions. Please read through these first – it should contain everything you need to get started.
Forums
For additional questions that aren't answered in the help section, please post in the forums. I'll do my best to answer all questions posted there. There is a lot of good information already there if you read through the previous posts. Please note that no support is provided for any ActionScript source code customizations - there are thousands of lines of code and it's just not possible for me to help everyone debug the code they tweak.
